Orakei Reclad: A Masterpiece on Paritai Drive

Salt Projects transformed a prestigious Orakei residence on Paritai Drive, known for its watertightness challenges, into a 2024 architectural masterpiece. Initially purchased for a reclad, the project escalated when we discovered the need for complete frame remediation. Undeterred, we skillfully executed a stunning makeover, utilizing vertical pine weatherboards and a new Coloursteel roof, ensuring the home's lasting integrity and eliminating future weathertightness concerns.
