STANMORE BAY RECLAD

This project involved the delivery of a fully transformed coastal residence by Salt Projects, located just moments from Stanmore Bay Beach.

Works included a full reclad of the exterior, a complete internal strip-out, and a fully updated and finished interior fit-out. As part of the transformation, the roof structure was extended over the existing garage to create a new upper-level master suite, complete with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.

The home was delivered across two levels as a five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom residence, designed to support modern family living while remaining practical for a coastal environment. The scope incorporated new open-plan kitchen, dining, and living spaces with direct connection to outdoor entertaining areas, a flexible ground-floor bedroom suitable for guest accommodation or a home office, and an upper level comprising additional bedrooms, a family bathroom, and study nook
